Model 550:
Ø The aluminum cutting machine is a split-type CNC automatic saw designed with a stable and efficient "rear-to-front" cutting method.
ØThe CNC saw cutting machine adopts a direct-connection design, where the motor is directly connected to the saw blade, eliminating the need for belt replacement and reducing machine vibration and tool swing.
ØThe automatic cutting machine is suitable for cutting various curtain wall materials, door and window profiles, heat sink profiles, industrial profiles, and aluminum templates.
Ø Hard alloy saw blades and linear guides are selected to ensure minimal machine vibration during cutting and a smooth surface finish on the cut profiles.
Ø Controlled by a PLC bus system with a touch screen display, operators input processing dimensions on the touch screen, and the CNC system automatically feeds material, advances the blade for cutting, uses servo motors, and achieves high processing accuracy.
